  My daughter went in with a bad tooth achethe pharmacy refuse to fill her prescription because a nurse practitioner signed it 😳I tried calling Phoebe back but they had just closed..now what do we do?

  Staff is amazing! They are all very friendly. Usually in there less than an hour and a half and that was having to get x-rays. Doctors listened well and answered all my questions. I have used them for many years, no appointments, it is walk in for your convenience. I do not think I have ever had a bad experience there. And with having 3 children, 2 former step children, boyfriend and myself, that is saying a lot.

  These folks can't get out of their own way to take care of a patient. Wasted two solid weeks trying to get them to send prescriptions to the Walmart on Ledo Rd, Walmart kept saying they didn't have the prescriptions, and these guys kept saying to drive up there and check.
  
  Had to cancel the same appointment several times (after all, what's the point of going for a follow up if I don't have any medication?)
  
  Couldn't make an appointment that didn't require taking time off of work, sorry to inconvenience you folks with my schedule, after all, not like I have to go to work to pay my medical bills.
  
  Just overall attitude of "Screw you, you don't have any choice in the matter so we can treat you however we want" amongst the staff and nurses.
