  I was introduced to Urbana by some friends 5 years ago and I have been going there regularly since. It is a wonderful place, I really appreciate the amenities there. It is great to find such a spa conveniently located in Charlotte, where there is no need to travel hours across town. Being able to eat your lunch in your bathrobe with their packages is just another perk. Just have to find the right massage therapist and stick to him/her. They are all so good. The customer service is another extra added value to your experience. They are always so welcoming.

  Our experience was so great we could never forget. My gf and I booked a couples massage and definitely received much more than expected!!! We got so much more than just the amazing massages by our masseuses. Once the massages were finished, we had champagne, snacks, and some shaded comfy areas to lay and enjoy each others company.

  Great spa! We loved it! We got a couples massage and a facial package and it was heaven! The best part is the staff and masseuses. With delicious tea, and the fabulous ambiance it is the perfect spot to spend a day! My wife and I love every minute of our time there. Will return soon. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

  Be careful booking an appointment here. They don’t background check their employees, so you never really know who’s working on you. One of their therapists has a criminal record involving sexual battery and very recently sexually assaulted one of his clients during a massage. Be aware when considering coming to this awful place.

  My best friend & I were looking online for a while trying to figure out where to get massages, I'm new to the area & she was visiting me. Choosing Urbana was a great choice & I will be returning sooner than later, even scheduling our massages over the phone was professional & they were helpful to make sure we had the right desired massages. I wanna thank & recommend Christine & Yana (not sure if I'm spelling it right sorry) but they are great at what they do. The atmosphere was great, & I felt so good after. Thank you 😬

  Super relaxing spa. Very updated and modern. The complimentary tea was delightful and the massage even more so. Highly recommend a visit here. Plus a really nice location.

  The staff here are really good at what they do. I haven't had a bad massage yet. Angela has been my "go to" person- she is really great and has strong hands. There are less expensive places in Charlotte, but I like this place for the ambience and the professional staff.

  Overall great experience at Urbana. They really ensure you relax from the moment you walk in the door. From the heated neck wrap they offer, hot tea selection included before your massage, and the overall ambience of their lounge/waiting area. I would definitely come back but I do wish they had locations closer to uptown.

  I love this place...it is my go-to massage spot when I feel stressed or need a muscle rubbed out. I love the atmosphere. I have received many massages in my life, but these therapists actually put effort into their work and it feels so good!

  I have visited Urbana for over 4 years. I would never consider going anywhere else and there are many choices of spas in Charlotte. I like the facility, the staff who are professional and always provide more than I expect for services, and it is just a pleasure to visit. I have used massage and facials and now I am considering other treatments. The prices are reasonable for the most part and in line with other spa prices. I am heading back this month for two visits this month!

  Best overall experience I've had in Charlotte. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. The staff was very friendly and casual, but in a professional way. The facial itself was amazing! I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

  I had an awesome experience that make me come back again. In fact I took my girlfriend and she love it too we had a great relaxing time together and the staff is wonderful we really felt pampered. If you want to relax and have a great service this is the place to go. I loved it.
