  Total sweethearts, epitome of the best of local! Outstanding customer service. My grandson was staying with friends in Westerville and needed some medication-- & I'm an hour away. Uptown Pharmacy was the only place I found in the Westerville area that let me pay with my credit card over the phone, so my friends could just pick up the meds. I asked Andy if I should ask for him when I called back in. He said anyone could help me with that. So I'm guessing this comes up now and then and they figured out how to make it work when the big guys couldn't. Couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful if he'd been family.

  I had a wonderful experience renting a knee skooter. The staff was helpful and kind on the phone as well during the renting process!

  Typical local business, where you are treated like an important person, questions are answered throughly and with patience, and they do their best to make you feel comfortable while you are there. Great addition to uptown Westerville!
