Emergency room is absolutely atrocious. You will wait for 5 hours Never less than that as they need to rack the hours in order for the bill to be nice and juicy. They will do a rapid nasal swab (takes 5-10 mins everywhere else) and keep you waiting 2 hours for result. Then will give you a tilenol and send you on your merry way. Wait for the 10 000 bill then by mail.

Nurses in the surgical ICU are very competent, confident and caring. They seem to take great pride in doing a great job for their patients.
