Graduate Women in Business, was founded as a place for female, femme, and non-binary students to network, socialize and learn in a safe space. We are all smart, well-informed people and I think we can acknowledge that while women have more opportunities than ever, we are still underrepresented in many areas of leadership. We all know about implicit bias, but knowing is only the first step. Our hope is that Graduate Women in Business will be home to speakers and activities that help improve our job searches, add to our skill sets, and build our community within Lundquist. We also have opportunities to communicate with the administration about how to make the program more welcoming and effective for our members. We appreciate the support of our male allies!
