Do not attend this school. No one stays over the weekend. Most teachers are awful and do not care about their students. Do not attend unless you have no other choice.

i was looking at this place threw the windows and it looked kinda nice and so i walked up to the door and knocked relly loud so someone would let me in and one kid looked at me but kept walking im thinking about buying a backpak and trying again this seems like a good school and i wanna see what u guys offer in the vending machene maybe even ur lunchroom 2 if ur feeling generos i will even meet the student if u want and shake hands with them for a lil bit

Don't attend unless you have to . Food is repeated at the dining halls. In order to have of variety of meals, use dining dollars or purple points. The pricing for parking is outrageous and scarce. Also, UW-Whitewater is known as a suitcase college, so more than half of the school leaves over the weekend to go back home to Madison and Milwaukee. If you live more than an hour away, this is not a place for you. The best part about UW-Whitewater is the academics and athletics activities. Don't expect UW-Whitewater to improve and expand the campus. The City of Whitewater has extra building codes that prevent UW-Whitewater from expanding. The reason is because of the nearby wetlands. If you are planning on going home over the weekend, this is a college for you because it has great academics.

Great college that gives students many opportunities to meet new people. Lots of fun groups to join on campus. Friendly staff that has their students best interests are heart. Nice dorms (for the most part), good UC, good coffee and sub shops, and nice and neat academic buildings. The sidewalks need to be cleared better during the winter but it's many ice and that's hard to clean up so I get that.

Only thing negative I'll say is don't take the elevator in Winther. That thing is super sketchy sounding and unbelievably slow. Avoid it if you can.

Excellent grounds, map apps, coffee shops, friendly staff. Feel safe at night.snow removal for anyone who is in a wheelchair is horrible! Please fix this problem.

This school is amazing! Campus is small enough that you can walk to anywhere, and unlike some of the bigger campuses, there are actual trees! The faculty and other staff are top-notch, and in my almost six years there, I haven't had a single professor I disliked. 10/10, would enroll again!
