though i ended up not needing the physical therapy, since the problem I had came here for was just a symptom of bigger problems in the first place, i still had issues with the PT nurse here as being flaky, impatient, and critical of seemingly unimportant physical aspects. the receptionist was also flaky. I'll try a different place next time I need PT
