Really enjoyed my whole used car buying experience. However, less than 6 months later I noticed water in my trunk after a heavy rain. I called back to see if they could investigate it for me and they sent me to another dealer who would “be more qualified”.
A car-less week and $1000 later, it turns out that some very botched body work to repair a fender bender was causing a few serious leaks throughout the vehicle.
I can’t speak to if these botched repairs occurred at University Mazda or not- but due to the nature of the situation and the disaster of a job on the car’s body work- I truly feel as though my salesman knew about them and was dishonest regarding the condition of the vehicle. I may not have made the purchase of this specific used car had I been made aware of the full story.
All of the repair people, from a variety of backgrounds, I have since dealt with ensure me that the repairs are blatantly obvious to a trained eye.
I was excited to feel like I had a trustworthy, dependable source for car buying and repairs, but I will never be back to University Mazda, and will be warning my friends, too.

The entire experience was easy, hassle and pressure free. Pat was awesome communicating regarding a test drive, pricing, technical info on the Mazda 3 GT. Winnie was quick, efficient and nice to work with on the financing. Matt was super attentive and communicative when I left my car for service to get the windows tinted. He also helped with the install of accessories. Overall, awesome experience at University Mazda!

I wanted to firstly tell everyone at University of Mazda "thank you" for excellent customer service and we give you our sincere gratitude for being kind and timely during our visit.

A few nights ago my boyfriends home was broken into while he was sleeping and had several items stolen including his car. After it was finally located, it was towed to University of Mazda. Having only one set of keys, it was locked and had to be opened by them.

We met them bright and early in the morning and they welcomed us with compassion and understanding. Creating a new key and a second with a discount and giving him a free detail after that car had been trashed.

I can't begin to tell you how much gratitude and thankfulness this has made the both of us feel after being violated. It helps us to feel trust and know that we are in good hands so I want to thank each and every smiling face that greeted us today and made us feel safe and welcomed!

I own and Acura and I will be a proud owner of a Mazda any day of the week when I decide to get a new vehicle.

Thank you again, you are appreciated!

We just purchased a new Mazda from University Mazda. Alex was our salesman and he was fantastic for us! There was no sales pressure, and he was very straight with us on our pricing and financial options. He located a perfect vehicle quickly, reserved it for us, arranged everything and we were done with the whole thing in under three hours, total time invested. The fastest and easiest car purchase I have ever had.

Used car buying can be very frustrating, I've been looking at cars online, test driving cars and visiting dealerships leaving unsatisfied & disappointed for two weeks. Then I saw a car online that I thought was perfect for me 2003 Honda Civic EX with 131000 miles on it. I visited this dealership and was greeted by Eric and he showed my the car I saw online. I was very impressed with how good the car's condition was. We chatted about cars which he is very knowledgeable in and standup comedy which is my line of work. We had a great chat for a while, then we test drove the car and I was satisfied after inspecting it. Eric didn't try to sell me the car or try to sell me another car on the lot, his philosophy seemed to be: get the car that fits you.
Most car guys try to sell you a car they want to sell you or don't even bother pay you any mind when you show up at the lot. Eric made this car buying experience the best experience I've ever had, I almost forgot I was buying a car, he and the staff were very helpful and really cool. Thank you Eric, you are a trooper.

University Mazda does so much right! Not only did I lease 2 new fully loaded SUV's from them this year, but I've had service install extra's since the purchase. Every time I've reached out to University Mazda they were quick to respond and so helpful. The team there does an outstanding job of making everyone feel amazing - from sales, to F&I, to service.

Anthony the Internet Sales Manager was easy to work with gave me a great deal and honored it when I showed up to buy the car no bait and switch etc. Dwayne the sales manager took a few minutes to chat while i was waiting on paperwork. Signed Papers With Scott all in all a 5 star plus experience I have never bought a new car for myself. Everyone should at least once in there lives. If you are considering a Mazda Give University Mazda a Shot

Leased a CX-5...third time leasing a vehicle from other dealerships/brands and my experience at University Mazda was by FAR the most rewarding. Ken Palmer was fantastic...knowledgeable, patient, and clear..same can be said for Scott in Finance. I highly recommend this place...the car is awesome as well.

Gary was great to work with at University Mazda! Just purchased a new Mazda6. Good price, transparent, friendly, super smooth buying process, no pressure, and was flexible to work with our schedule. Would definitely buy there again. Ask for Gary, he'll take care of you!

When I was purchasing, one of the reasons I went with a Mazda was because I was explained that the service department at this location was very helpful with same day appointments available. When calling to make a simple oil change appointment, I was told they could not do this until the following Monday, almost an entire week from my phone call. Very unpleasant interaction.

This is a great car dealership, period. Everyone we dealt with, including Patrick in sales, Scott in finance, and Dwayne the sales manager, was helpful, friendly, and easygoing. No pressure. No aggressiveness. Made a good, fair deal. Highly recommended.

I'm always impressed when going there. The prices for regular maintenance (oil change etc) is comparable to taking your car anywhere. Service is very fast and on time.
Last I went there was to change the headlight bulbs. I bought the replacement bulbs and they were happy to install it for me free of charge. Will be going there more often since they show great appreciation for their customers.

After reading such glowing reviews of University Mazda, and of Anthony in particular, I was pleased to get to work with Anthony when I came to test-drive a car. He was low-key and easy to work with. And when it came time to go through the paperwork, Scott made the process very pleasant. Good work, guys! Keep it up.

I had a wonderful buying experience working with Anthony over the weekend. He made sure that I was able to get exactly what I wanted from Mazda, while keeping my price range in mind. As a graduate student on a budget this was very important to me. I had already looked at several dealerships before coming here, but now I wish I would've just come here first.
