University Inn & Suites exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect for exploring downtown Tempe and ASU. The staff was incredibly friendly greeting me with smiles every day. My room was well-appointed and had a great view of the city. I also appreciated the free shuttle service to the airport which made my travel plans easier. The breakfast spread was top-notch and fuel for my busy days. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the area.

I enjoyed my stay at University Inn & Suites. The hotel is very close to ASU which was convenient for my college tours. The room was clean and the housekeeping staff was diligent about maintaining it. I particularly liked the outdoor pool area which was nice for lounging in the sun. The Wi-Fi connection was strong making it easy for me to do some studying. The only downside was the limited parking available on the weekends. Overall I would visit again.

The University Inn & Suites was average at best. The location is great but the rooms could use some updates. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom had some maintenance issues that needed attention. I found the front desk staff to be somewhat indifferent and not very helpful. Parking was also a bit of a hassle during peak times. I expected a bit more considering the price I paid. It was not terrible but I might look for other options next time.

I had a fantastic experience at University Inn & Suites during my visit. The location is unbeatable just steps away from ASU and Mill Avenue’s vibrant nightlife. My room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch with a good selection of items. The staff went above and beyond in making sure I had everything I needed. I also appreciated the calm atmosphere which made it easy to relax after a busy day. I will definitely be returning next time I’m in the area.

My stay at University Inn & Suites was quite pleasant. The proximity to ASU was a huge plus for me as I had several events to attend on campus. The room was clean and well maintained which is always a priority for me. Breakfast options were decent and provided enough variety to start my day. The staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. They helped me with directions and recommendations for local eateries. Overall I would recommend this place for anyone visiting Tempe especially students.
