Great service department. The people are very friendly and helpful.This is the only place I take my vehical to for work. I trust the work they do and I haven't had any problems with the vehical in the almost 5 years that we have had it.

Excellent experience.Set appointment by phone.Met by friendly service personnel, who quickly assisted me in checking in.Coffee and refreshments were offered, and I was shown the customer waiting area. I was kept updated on my service status,and my newly washed car was returned to me in less than 90 minutes. All expectations were met or exceeded

This place is a total scam and disgusting. We are suppose to buy a "KIA" certified car. We check the car and its VIN number on the official KIA website. When we contacted to a Dealer, He also said it's the official "KIA" certified car. BUT, when the moment we signed on the paper to buy the car, They gave us "K" certified paper not "KIA". What the hell is "K" certified? They said it's their own BS certified program and they said they never told us it's the official KIA certified car. I showed them the car and VIN number on the official KIA website and more evidences this is the official KIA certified car they informed us. Their excuse was just " I don't know? you gonna buy a car or not? you need to pay extra money if you want to have that KIA certified." Are you kidding me?? So we just left, and then yeah the typical magic happened. They followed us to the door and said, "OK, We will give you the KIA certified for the price" Well, I know this is your job being playing hard with costumers, but REMEMBER, The basic element of business is INTEGRITY. I am telling everyone I know who lives in TN or near this place. "STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, THEY WILL JUST RIP YOU OFF."

Horrible, horrible horrible!! Ben was so pushy too pushy! He basically forced a credit check before allowing me to look at any vehicles!!! We felt so uncomfortable and even the sales manager came over and started complimenting our looks" would you talk to a male customer like that?! DOUBT IT. He also asked for my keys so he could get an estimate price on it for a trade in and he would not give them back until we finally INSISTED we were leaving without a car. He kept going "well all that time we spent on that you said you'd leave here with a vehicle if it was the right fit why didn't that other color work? Is that something you can't just deal with?" As soon as he realized we were not leaving with a vehicle, he got an attitude and shoved over his business card. Guess who didn't leave there with a vehicle? Damn right I went to Subaru. And yup, I got myself a nice car.

Took my Hyundai here to get a repair with my steering wheel done and I was 100% pleased. Everyone was nice, pleasant and kept me informed about the time and what was going on with the repair. The price I was quoted over the phone was the actual price. I will definitely be returning for my future care repairs here and you get a free hand car wash. These guys are great. Especially Ryan. He was awesome and kept me informed. Ask to deal with Ryan he was great and made the experience great. Nice waiting area w/ drinks, tv, and snacks. And while your waiting you don't have a bunch of sales guys coming up to you trying to sell you a car. They just let you relax. This place went above and beyond. Every single person was personable and great. Ask for Ryan!!

They treat you the best here! The whole buying process was quick and easy. I only looked at one car and bought it. Ed Ryan knew exactly what I wanted. I couldn't be happier with the team here. Even the service department is fast and easy. After my experience I think I will always own a Kia. Raina the assistant manager keeps everyone in check in a wonderful way. Everything ran smoothly, the atmosphere is calming.

I just want to say that Tabitha and Jen were awesome! They helped me get into a new 2016 kia forte. I've had my car for a few months and still love it. Just serviced my car through the service department. It was very quick didn't spend all day at the dealership. Great service would recommend to anyone!

The staff at Universal Kia in Antioch Tn. are an amazing group of people. They have provided me with quality service every single time I have visited. The car buying process can be stressful, but Zach & Rania were great! We were in & out within 2.5 hours with a vehicle that matched all the needs we needed. I never thought I'd own a KIA or love one, but I genuinely love my KIA Forte5. My family loves & the entire purchasing process was smooth & easy. From the time we set the appointment & made it to the office & met with Zach & Rania. Financing wasn't stressful at all. It was an overall great day & I must say I am sure we will do business with the again.

When I first got my car on 2/28/16 I got the best customer service that I ever got in my life. And every time I go there to get my oil changed and bring my kids they treat me and my kids like we are at home. I am about to trade my 2016 in for a 2017 van. I know I will never go to any other car dealership cause I had the bad experiences. This is the only dealership that has giving me the best customer service ever. I know if I ever have a problem they will fix right away. I want to thank you all at Universal Kia Hickory Hollow. YOU ALL THE BEST.
