  This is a great family business. I am a realtor in the area and like to be able to provide my clients with fast, quality help with a house when they need it. Chris has taken a look at a few houses for me and is very thorough, taking the time to educate the homeowner what is going on with the house and not just giving an estimate.

  They do amazing work and are always on top of things. They will call you back in a timely manner and Chris was great to work with. I would definitely recommend going here to get work done. You know that when they do it, it gets done right the first time :)

  I worked for this family owned business and can tell you first hand how much they care about their employees which shows itself in their quality of work. Their customer service and sincere concern for a "happy customer" surpasses all expectations. They go over the top to secure a "job well done". If United Structural can't solve your issues - they will point you in the right direction. Clients come first at its finest !

  I can't begin to describe how pleased I am with the work done by USS at our home. Firstly, they were awesome with communication. Weather caused a short delay to the scheduled work and I was contacted daily until they were able to start.
  Once started, i found the work crew (Chad, Max and Evan) not only professional and proud of their work, but genuinely nice and easy to talk to. They were very courteous, obviously knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions i had about the process. Once the work was completed they cleaned and prepped the property (grading, grass seed, straw) and left it looking quite impressive given the amount of digging that had to be done.
  If you need structural work on your home I would highly recommend that you give United Structural Services a try!

  As a contractor working with top notch people is a must. United structural service is absolutely the best in the business. They did exactly what they said they would do. They gave a price and stuck to it no hidden charges or fees. They were the most courteous and respectful group I have ever worked with many times going out of there way for myself and the home owner. I would recommend them anytime and if I'm involved in another house lift I will use only them. Great people.

  Professional and guaranteed to make it right and stand behind their work. We had our large two story residential sagging deck lifted and new concrete piers installed under each of the support posts. We also had them install sump pump systems in our commercial building. If you are looking for any foundation services, water proofing, sump systems, etc. don't hesitate to call United Structural Systems . . . the absolute best! If by chance they don't do it, they will direct you to a reputable company that can.

  Had some really bad issues with water and bowing walls in our basement so we called this company to give an estimate..they were honest in their findings and reasonable on their prices. Chad Ridge and the crew done an outstanding job! Very polite and professional..any unforseen problems were first addressed with us before continuing..no hidden or extra charges ..they're guys know what they're doing!! Chad even cleaned up and mopped when they were completed. Would highly recommend this company to everyone!!

  USS recently installed 8 piers under my failing foundation. The whole experience from the initial call requesting a quote to the completion of the job has been one of the most hassle free experiences ever. Bobby was very detailed in identifying the problems with my foundation and recommending a permanent solution. There was never any high pressure sales pitch just honest answers. I was very happy that USS offered financing for the repairs that I needed to have done. It honestly took less than two minutes to fill out the financial application and receive an instant approval. The crew that came to my house was polite, friendly, and very hard workers. They worked daylight to dark for two days to complete the job. I would recommend anyone needing foundation repairs to call USS.

  asked to have my concrete porch raised because it had fell about five inches. united structural came out and in one day raised it back to its original position without having to jack hammer it out. very pleased with the outcome and the price , would recommend these people to anyone needing work done thanks Kenneth Caudill Harrodsburg Ky.

  i was very pleased with the work United Structural Systems performed. The workers were very nice to work with. The overall work was done to our satisfaction. They explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it. The job was completed on time as stated in contract. All clean up was done to our satisfaction. A very well done job as promised. Would use again if needed and would highly recommend to anyone.

  A representative came to my site ON TIME to do an appraisal. The options were clearly explained and now I have a considerably cheaper alternative. I appreciate the honesty and will definitely use use USS should I need further help.
