    Where to begin? I have a po box, where mail is routinely delivered late. One time, a first class letter took FOUR (4) WEEKS to be delivered!

    Hours when the front box area open are never predictable for those of us on a time schedule.

    Wait times for a clerk are often at least half an hour when the line is longer than seven customers. They and carriers provide contradictory information often in broken English.

    These are just the problems that are bugging me right at this moment..

    This is the WORST post office. The wait times are terrible, employees don't know what they are doing, nobody answers the phone lines, calls are not made back when promised. I have been trying to get a key to a new mailbox and have gotten the run around for 4 months. I put a written request in (with a supervisor) for a new lock which they said would take about 5 days and they'd call me when ready- it's been 15 and still no call. HORRIBLE customer service.

    This place is the worst every. came to the window to pick up mail and the guy would just walk around and not help me or another one else.. lack of professionalism. They need to get fired.i wait 2 hours and didn't get help and left

    The worst post office ever. I recently closed my P.O. Box. I have been waiting over a month for the office to forward my mail and they have not sent my mail to the other post office yet. I have multiple boxes that I paid for just sitting because management is to lazy to do their job. I have contact the usps customer services and will be sending Megan Brennan a personal letter on the quality of service and lack of professionalism. Stop using CoVID-19 as a crutch to not do one simple thing
