There's an extremely rude (philipina?) lady with a very bad attitude that shouldnt be working here. All people want to do is send packages to loved ones for the holidays, and her interactions were much less than polite. I wish I knew her name but I never see a name tag on her. I stood in line for 10 minutes as I watched this lady interact with each person with such irritation, very unkind facial expressions, and disrespectful tones in her voice....with EVERYBODY. I don't understand how someone can be THAT nasty so early in the morning. If a supervisor sees this, she worked 11/22/16 at 10:20 in the morning. 10:20a.m. is BARELY enough time to start having a bad day. If you aren't happy at work, don't be there. Horrible experience.
