Service is god-awful. People don't get their mail, other people get it. One mailman reeks of alcohol. Nothing has been done to compensate those without their own mail
I had great, respectful, and relatively fast service. One of the workers took some time to help me create a self-addressed envelope and answered my questions.
Worst customer service ever. Slow and ignorant people working there.
If they had a sloth working the cashier, things would move faster.
literally the slowest functioning outdated post office in rhode island. couldn't get my passport because the passport employee was on lunch break even though I called ahead of time to see if was ok. when dropping off mail theres long lines because the employees are slow and talk instead of get the job done. theres only one person working at times.
Just go somewhere else.
They are rude and unwilling to help you with anything you might need.
Horrible customer service.
The sign on the wall stated that passport services were available from on Saturday from 8:30 am to 11:30 am. We waited in line for twenty minutes before it was our turn. "They're not doing passports today," the postal employee told us. I told her it might be a good idea to put up a sign to let people know that, so they won't waste their time waiting. "They're not doing passports today," she said again.
Yes, I get that... Then she told us the main post office was "doing passports" until 6:00 pm on Saturdays. No, they're not -- they're "doing them" until 2:00 pm. Great customer service. Ugh.
There are a couple of good guys who work hard there, but there is one guy that is severely unprofessional and unwilling to help with the easiest of tasks. The mailman is even worse. Does not deliver packages, loses them constantly and lies when saying delivered packages. Half good and half bad, yet the bad outweighs the good.
