This is the ONLY Remediation company I use. As a property manager you have to use only the best and most professional company and United Restoration is it. I have called concerning an issue and they were there within 20 minutes. If I need help tracking an invoice, they provide what I need immediately. They go the extra mile to provide quality work. The office staff is friendly and helpful as well as the staff in the field. Well run company.

United Restorations is a first class company. Company ownership, Project Managers, quality of work were all first rate. They helped me with design considerations, paint colors, tile selection and color, etc. A one-stop company that met all of my needs with a high degree of quality. Whenever I had questions or concerns, they were quick to respond. I highly recommend United Restorations!

I would highly recommend United Restoration to anyone who is in need of home mitigation and repair services. As a manager of condominium buildings I've worked with them multiple times as they've repaired and in some cases reconstructed entire condo units damaged by leaks and frozen pipe bursts. They've always been extremely professional and helpful. When you call the owner of the company, he picks up the phone immediately and assists in any way he can. This company is also very knowledgeable about the insurance claim process--a huge bonus for condo association managers.

I have worked with United Restoration for over 20 years performing repairs covered under insurance. From small jobs to multi million dollar projects they exceed my expectations at all times. They excel at not only understanding the rebuild/repair process but they have gained great knowledge on how to work with the insurance carriers and adjusters to make the process run smoothly.
