Brian the first man that came out was so professional, and knowledgeable. Was a pleasure getting to talk too. Appt was set up for install of furnace and central air. They called like promise before arrival . The crew that was sent went above and beyond on their service . They were very quick , cleaned up after their self. And spent time with us teaching us how to use the new thermostat. Josh was extremely friendly and professional.they seem to take great pride in their jobs and are are very happy with the company they work for. All had great work ethic!
I can’t brag enough about this company.. we won the new furnace and air conditioning unit. At first we thought it was a scam, or we would have to pay for installation or something. But it wasn’t!!! I’m so thankful for what United heating and cooling has done in our community. I have and would totally recommend them to everyone.

We have had United come out to our house 3 times over the last 4 years, once to install an air conditioner and twice to repair pipes and water lines. We have been very pleased every time! The workers are timely, professional, and knowledgeable, and the service is always done well for a reasonable price. We are thankful for Jerrod and the whole team at United Heating, Cooling and Plumbing!

Our AC hadn’t been working for weeks & we finally decided to get it checked out. Another business we called wouldn’t come out to see it for 2 weeks. United got us in just 2 days after we called & were on time to our appointment. Jesse & his partner were very nice & respectful while I translated for my dad. Fast service & fair pricing. Highly recommend United heating & cooling over other options in Rochester!

I've had great experiences with this company at my office, and obviously thought of them first when my home air-conditioner went out. They came in fixed the problem with fair pricing, and professionalism! These workers are always working in severe heat conditions, and now they are in masks too! I wore mine for his protection, and I was dying just sitting on the couch! We appreciate you United staff!!!

We have been United for over 20 years. Recently we needed their service to repair a gas pipeline from our fireplace. Our service rep was Blaine C. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained in detail the work he needed to do to correct the problem. We were very pleased with the results.

I would have given United Heating 5 stars but there time window is just too wide. Between 12:00-6:00, and he got to the house around 6:00.
Once the technician got there he was great. He remembered our house from his previous visit. He informed me of everything he did, and why.gave a lot of helpful tips for maintaining the life of the furnace. He put on his shoe covers before coming in and he was just so kind and professional at the same time.
Other then the time issue, the service was great.

United installed a new heating and air conditioning system. They were able to install a new vent in an attached sun room that required great skill. From initial call, through the sales offer, and after installation, all team members were professional, resourceful, on time and friendly. Selected over their competition because of recommendations of satisfied customers.

Our furnace quit working so my son referred me to United Heating and Cooling. The tech that came to my house today(Chad B.) was very professional and efficient. After checking and checking he figured out what the problem was and had it running quickly. I really appreciate that he didn't give up and kept looking. He could have given up but didn't. Chad is an asset to the company and does excellent work. If we need help again, I would request him if possible.

I needed to have my furnace replaced. I decided to get a few different bids on the work that I wanted to have done. After my first visit with a company I realized just how much work needed to be done. The pitch of my hot water heater was off and it wasn’t up to code. The AC unit wasn’t up to code, and my furnace wasn’t up to code, and WAY past its prime I knew that I couldn’t have just anyone replace my equipment.

I had called around and got a couple different bids but I just couldn’t reconcile myself to the cost of them, and the amount of work. I just happened to see a United Heating & Cooling van on my lunch break and decided I needed to give them a call. I meet with John S. on a Monday, and I really liked everything that he was telling me. I scheduled appointments with an installer the next day, and on Thursday they pitched my hot water heater correctly and got that up to code, installed a new furnace up to code, and a new ac unit up to code.

I paid a lot of money (well, to me anyway) and it was worth EVERY penny. Highly recommended!!

I just had my regular maintenance checkup. United Heating and Cooling called me to schedule my maintenance and were able to accommodate my schedule. I received a call, as promised, when the technician was on his way. Ken was professional, efficient, and knowledgable. He spent time answering my questions and addressing my concerns. I have also been impressed with the attention I have received from all of the representatives with whom I have spoken on the phone. Their follow-up on service is most impressive.

Over the holiday weekend, a noticeable dripping sound was heard in an interior wall in my basement. I placed a call to the company and within an hour Matt was at my door. Matt was able to find the leaking pipe and unfortunately it was in a hard to reach spot. Matt was very apologetic that both the ceiling and the wall would have to be cut. I assured him that I trusted him to do what was necessary. The pipe was replaced in a short amount of time. Matt was very professional and explained what his process was going to be every step of the way. I would recommend this company for any work that you are needing done.

I just had to have my entire air conditioning system replaced. This is never good news. United Hearing and Air was the second company I called. Dan came out and thoroughly inspected my system; explaining everything as he went. He then gave me several options and consulted me on what was best for my house. Dan was professional and really knew the business. My unit was replaced the very next week by an amazing crew of installers. I will never use anyone but United again. A honest, fair, expert company.

Thermocouple went out on my dad's furnace. I called United to schedule a technician to service it @ 9:30 am. Said they could be out between noon & 5 pm. Thirty minutes later they called and said a technician could be out within the hour. Chad was very professional, stuck with the job. It was a Coleman brand furnace from 1971 in a mobile home. It took a couple of hours, but with some wisdom from myself and holding the flashlight my father is warm again. My only suggestion is that they carry line wrenches. Thank you

From customer service to the associates, all were polite, professional,patient detail oriented, with honest answers to my zillion questions. Peace of mind with their PMA visits and a new water heater to boot! Above and beyond the expected. A truly valuable service!

I have used United almost exclusively over the past 20 years and what I appreciate about them is their honesty. There have been times I was convinced I was going to need a new furnace but the technician gave furnace a good cleaning and it worked fine until I sold last house. Additionally, any time they have to come back out for the same issue, they never charge me an additional fee except and unless they end up having to put new part on the furnace (or hot water heater as happened recently). As with all businesses, is it possible they may get a bad apple every once in awhile who has come from a company who isn't so scrupulous, yes - in fact I think I got one of those guys about 12 years ago, but as with others providing their comments, I got a second opinion and then notified United of my findings and I am pretty sure that person was either let go or schooled on United's way of doing business guaranteeing it didn't happen again.

We were clients of Harris Heating & Cooling. When Rob Harris sold his company to United we didn't know what to expect. We just had an annual on our furnace and Kevin, the service tech was prompt and very polite. He went above and beyond and checked out our humidifier that needed to be cleaned and the filter replaced. My wife said he really cleaned the humidifier well. We were impressed that he wore foot coverings to keep our floors clean. We would definitely recommend United. We are using them on our rental property also.
