A little difficult to find. Look to the left of customer service near C18 and walk through the bank of public phones.

if you arrive on an International flight in first class on United, you can use this as an "arrival" lounge as well.

Nice lounge, small and quiet. Very friendly staff and good selection of appetisers, though limited variety. Veuve Clicquot is the only champagne option. Showers available.

Showers are wonderfully refreshing after coming off an international flight. The staff is always incredibly friendly and kind.

This lounge is quiet and peaceful. The liquor selection is fantastic and the food isn't half bad. The staff went out of their way to welcome guests. Props to united here.
