Lounge is not impressive. However the opportunity to take a shower after 30 hours of travel is very much appreciated. Service is also very attentive.

Looking for outlets? Once you walk in, go straight back towards the bar..pick up free beer, then continue forward to the far wall. Outlets always open on this half of the club..happy hunting!

great place to hang out waiting for planes, worth the membership price if you fly as much as I do and eat their snacks but they need to change them up. Tired of carrots and cheese

United has A LOT to learn from other Star Alliance Members (e.g. Lufthansa, Singapore and even TAP) that have much better accommodations and service that make you really feel welcome. Unlike here!
