I opened a second checking account and United Bank so fit to remove all my bill pay information. The call center was at best useless. The Vernon branch got the information restored, partially. I tried to set up my recurring payments but that feature did not work. I waited a day and the bill pay function was unavailable and the call center had no idea when it might be available. Customer Service? NOT. We trust banks with our money. Trust is their primary product. I suspect I will be forced to move my accounts elsewhere. My recommendation is put your money someplace else.
