My guess is Sally works for B of A.
I've been with Rockville 3 years and they "Rock"!
What a horrible bank.
Very nice to bring you in and then hammer you with fees and inconveniences. All kinds of different rules that no other reputable bank has. There is a good local bank it's called Webster. And if local is not what you are looking for then go to Bank of America. 1
I just have to weigh in to COMPLETELY disagree with the reviewer below. I broke up with Bank of America and did a lot of research before choosing Rockville. After the truly ridiculous fees and hassles with BoA I really wanted a local bank who weren't seemingly earning their money of trumped up overdraft charges. I've never had ANY issues with them. Anytime I have a question, a person answers, and I've absolutely had no fees nor any inconveniences using them. If you do happen to go overdrawn, they give you 24 hours to recover before charging a fee and they do online banking, bill pay, waive ATM fees, etc. I now live in Windsor...without a branch in my town-still love them. I'd love to find out what exactly happened with Sally's experience because it sounds more like Bank of America then Rockville!!!
