The place is such a dump. Glad they tore it down, all the other reviews are 100% accurate.

Not only does it have broken seats & a certain aroma, the projection quality is dim at best. Furthermore, when we watched "The Muppets" film there, we were disappointed the musical numbers were very thinly orchestrated. On a lark, we saw the film in another theatre, and wouldn't you know it, the orchestrations were magically full and lush! It turned out the sound system in this theatre was pumping out only one channel out of many! Not excusable. How they stay in business, and why United Artists isn't on them to improve, is beyond us.

As someone who lives in lynbrook, I'm not going to hate on this theatre, but it is pretty bad, and is true that seats are ripped, floors are sticky, etc. I haven't been to this theatre in a couple years and that shows something, because I LIVE 5 minutes away But it is really old and has been there a while and has some sentimental value none the less of its dirty or what not. It's ok not to go, because Rockville center is great, and has an awesome theatre. Not reccomended, but if you HAVE to see a movie, and it's only playing there, just go. It won't do you harm

This theater is terrible. Everything is falling apart and uncomfortable. I could feel the springs in my seat through the fabric, my daughters chair was broken and lopsided, and the flooring had like carpet from 1950 and seventeen coats of paint on everything. I needed a place to change my sons diaper and couldn't find the changing table at first. I went further into the bathroom to find a pool of blood on the floor in the back. It looked like someone had been stabbed or had a bad nosebleed. Disgusting. Just disgusting. I will never go here again.

This movie theater is disgusting, the theater rooms smell moldy. The seat are filthy, you can feel the springs in them because the padding has deteriorated. There are a lot of broken seats, the seats have not been changed in years and are very uncomfortable. The floors are filthy and sticky from spilled soda. The manager is ridiculous he walks through the theater with a flashlight while the movie is playing. The fact that the matinee price was raised from $9.00 to $9.50 is ridiculous. We went to see Hercules and there were only 8 other people in the theater.
