Quaint little shop that is great for a quick drink of tea or a nice lunch. Haven't tried their weekend high tea but I will definitely be returning to do so.

Great food! My daughter RAVED about their pickles which sounds odd, but I tried them, and they are ridiculously good! My friend and I killed 2 pots of delicious tea, and I was happy to see some vegetarian options. I will stop by again, hopefully sometime soon!

Wife and I popped in for an early lunch, food was good, staff was friendly, greeted us upon entry, wished us a good day upon leaving. Green tea was good and soups as well. Pay no mind to the one bad review, I looked up her other google reviews and all were 1 star and complained about every one. She commented on each that it was her first and last visit. Sorry Meah I guess you won't be eating anywhere eventually. Some are NEVER satisfied. Visit this place folks, get your own opinion! Olean needs places like this to give us some culture and local support! Enjoy, we did!

Union Tea Cafe is amazing. We had a delicious quiche and waffles breakfast . The young man that greeted and helped us on Saturday was exceptional. Very well decorated and great food. Can't wait to go back!

Sometimes there is a long wait because it is very popular at lunch time but there are over 90 varieties of tea, plus coffee, soda, juice, and bottled water. The food is fresh and delicious, especially the sandwiches and salads. The scones with clotted cream and preserves are out of this world. Decor is cute and kitschy in the UK style. Staff are friendly, polite, and efficient. I recommend ordering online for pickup in 20 mins if you are in a hurry.

My new favorite place in Olean. Amazing breakfast and lunch. Friendly, casual atmosphere. Decor is so creative. Food amazing. I had a scone with Devonshire creme. Yum. Eggs Benedict out of this world. Great coffee. Teas will blow your mind.

Adorable!!! Great find on our weekend trip to the area. Delicious cranberry scone and crustless quiche. The hubs loved his waffle breakfast sandwich.

Went for lunch while visiting my family in town. I ordered the club sandwich and it was delicious. Prices are a bit high, but hey if you like tea they have so many different choices. And I read about their apple crisp waffle. Oh my! I wish I lived in town so I could try it. Give this cafe a try, if anything walk inside at least. It is beautiful in there.

Wonderful atmosphere. Friendly staff and of course a plethora of delicious teas to choose from. Scone with the Devonshire cream and preserves to accompany the tea is a must.

10/10. Tried both Breakfast and Lunch, neither time was I disappointed. A great place to sit down and really enjoy fantastic food and a wide variety of teas. Also has to-go options for those who need it. Eating in is a pleasure in itself, with plenty of seating and a beautiful atmosphere. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Trust me, you need this place in your life.

    P.S. The waffles are God-Tier.
