  In the beginning of Covid19 lockdown 2021, I found myself in need of representation in a county currently lacking representation, many had decided to retire earlier reflecting the current state of affairs.
  Reaching out to Underwood Law Firm, I was contacted immediately, and heard. Not only did Eli listen, he assured me of what he could provide for me immediately.
  The Stress of Litigation while loosing several loved ones in the year (My Mother incld.) was eased knowing Eli had My best interest in mind so my efforts could be placed on my family.
  The emotional and physical toll of life's hurdles requires professionals, I Thank God for Eli, his assistants and the Firm.

  We were in need of an attorney with considerable knowledge of real estate law and the legal issues related to property ownership. Eli Underwood went above and beyond our expectations.
  
  He not only knew the laws, but also had the ability to explain them to us in a manner that we could clearly understand. He was exceptional at returning our calls in a timely manner and keeping us informed about every aspect of our lawsuit. He made sure all communication was documented in writing to alleviate any confusion or misunderstandings.
  
  In keeping us abreast of our suit, his communication skills were outstanding. This talent was especially demonstrated when dealing with the apposing counsel. We feel this gave us a tremendous advantage over the opposing party that resulted in us reaching a successful outcome.

  We have been clients of Mr Underwood for over 2 years.
  
  We transitioned with him when he recently moved to establish his own law firm.
  
  And we honestly can't say enough good things about him and his work ethic. He always has time to get back with you and answers your questions.
  
  In our need for legal services we found Eli to be well informed and on top of our case and our needs.
  
  Our's was not an ordinary case as it was a case with many facets. It was a very convoluted case.
  
  There were multiple owners involved in a property dispute where one of the owners sued the rest of the owners with a Partition Suit.
  
  Needless to say Eli was instrumental in helping us resolve our differences and gained us a profitable sale all with good end results for all.
