    I had my new vehicle serviced here after purchasing in Charleston, SC. They greeted us to the area and serviced our car for free! They were very fast, proficient and polite! I’ll do business here again for sure!

    I've visited this dealership on 2 occasions. Both occasions were disgustingly degrading. The salesman evidently has an issue with women. Perhaps if I bring a man along, they'll take me seriously. I was told I couldn't test drive a car without a credit check. Is this 1995? The manager confirmed that this was protocol. The second time, same salesman (what luck) stood there and never offered to unlock the car for me. I had genuine intentions of buying a car that day, but thank you, "Z", car salesman with issues...for convincing me to spend my sweet money elsewhere. I'll kindly copy my review and forward to Suburu Corporation. Great cars. Poor representation. I wonder how many others have been turned away.

    This is the second time I've been to this dealership. I'm disapproved for a car loan, and the wife wanted a crosstrek. Both times not a single salesman could get off his ads to come help me while I was walking through the lot. Not a customer there either. One dude was just sitting at the table at the entrance to the showroom, playing on his phone, could care less that anyone was there. I walked into the showroom, thinking someone would help me, walked around, not a soul would get up. I then grabbed a booklet for the crosstrek and walked back to the lot to see the differences between them. Still no one. Happened both times. Laziest garbage I've ever dealt with. If I did still want a Subaru, I would never go to this dealer.

    I was looking for a well-maintained used Subaru. I met a very nice gentleman that works in sales. Zee was honest, helpful, and held an open line of communication through the entire process. I would definitely seek his expertise for my next car purchase.

    Great experience. Earl was by far the best sales person I dealt with in my car purchasing experience. No pressure, no harassment. Got a great price and the car I wanted. Quick and painless. If you are buying a Subaru, ask for Earl! Otherwise the dealership it's pretty barebones for a Subaru dealership. My experience was great for car buying, but ultimate as a owner needs to step it up. No water/drinks or snacks. Ultimate needs a update asap. I have been to other dealerships like Ford, Honda, Toyota, Acura, and other Subarus and ultimate just drops the ball for customer satisfaction/experience. Great sales (Earl) but other customer services are below average.

    I love all the people at that establishment they're always very helpful friendly knowledgeable I drive from Richmond just to bring my car there. Kevin the service manager was it completely helpful and everything I needed

    I did not have an appointment, but I needed my oil checked before getting on the road and customer service took immediate care of my car. I traveled on with peace of mind.

    I needed to drop my father's car off to get work done for a factory recall issue. He is too sick to drive, so I planned to drop his car off for a 10am appointment. My Dad needed to go to the ER because of some complications with his cancer treatment. Instead of cancelling the appointment I decided to drop my Dad and my mom off at the ER at around 8am, Then dropped his car off at the dealership around 9am (about an hour before his scheduled appointment), and just wait the 2.5 hours instead or getting a ride back home or to the hospital. Before I knew it the issue was fixed and the they washed the car in about an hours time I was on my way back to the hospital. Wow! Thanks to to the young lady, Gary J, and Kevin for providing me with excellent service. Chris M.

    My Subaru was in need of a specific repair, took it in and had it diagnosed. Got my car back fast and the whole process was a piece of cake. Ultimate Subaru really takes care of you for all your Subaru needs. From parts to service to sales, I highly recommend Ultimate Subaru of Fredericksburg! (Not a paid endorsement but my own experiences of being a customer for over 10 years. Yes, since 2006!!!)

    This place needs some serious improvement on customer service. The sales people are not up to Subaru quality I have found with other Subaru dealers. New car purchase, on 3rd Subaru. would go elsewhere if I had known of the sub-par quality of the sales people from initial sales person to manager and money guy.
    The service department was quite good and polite though.
