  Called in at 5:30, asked if they had any openings, they said they had one at 7:30. I called again before my appointment to make sure I'm all good and they said to come in at 7. So I did. Waited there till 7:45 without any acknowledgement or greeting whatsoever. Finally when they start closing they decide to address the fact I've been waiting since 7:45. This place actually sucks. Sloppy.

  Samantha Waller is the best! She listens to your wants/needs and always provides an amazing service! After providing her with pictures of cuts and colors, I let her have free reign. My hair turned out amazing! I just love it & the touch of rose gold highlights are perfect!

  I had Ariel do my hair the other day, I was unsure what I wanted to do with my hair including if I wanted to cut it short which was new for me. She was able to do my hair exactly how I envisioned and I absolutely love it! She will be my hair dresser from here on out!💓🤩

  Wonderful experience with Ariel. She took the time to explain the process, did an outstanding job & actually took the time to explain a plan of action for my next visit. Very professional, I appreciate that! Glad to be back at Ultimate Appearance. Thank you!

  Best stylists and salon in town!! Great environment and always thoroughly happy with The results, courtesy of Mariella!! Jane, the owner, keeps everyone up on all of the newest styles and everyone is always so pleasant to be around!! Go here! You won't regret it!!

  I have been a customer of Ultimate Appearance for over 8 years now and I have had a more than excellent experience.
  
  The salon never dulls me. I go in with a semi idea and I come out with amazing hair! I am a person that will have anything done to my hair because it’s just hair.
  
  Everything that I get done is amazing. And I look forward to sitting with my head in foils for a few hours each time I go because I know my hair will be amazing.
  
  My hair is very thick and I have been able to have different thinning techniques tried to help my hair and they have worked.
  
  I would recommend this salon for anything and everything- trims, dramatic cut, color, touch up, weddings, proms, homecomings, senior pictures…anything.
