  Stop by the Career Center (today!) Friday, March 22 from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm to pick an alumni host and participate in a pilot 'Take A Triton to Work' program. Alumni hosts are available at a variety of companies including Apple, Cisco, Facebook, Google, Handshake, Oracle, Salesforce, Sharp Healthcare, Various UC institutions, and more! With an enthusiastic 276 alumni registrati...ons and 100 student participants, we learned this was a great opportunity. However, we still have over 100 eager alumni who raised their hands to help mentor and host students that we would love to fill.

  What is TAKE A TRITON TO WORK? During Spring Break March 24-29, the Career Center will pilot the first ever Take a Triton to Work Day program. This program will allow students to identify alumni who are willing to host them for a day, coffee, or meeting at their place of work in San Diego, San Francisco/Bay Area, Orange County and Los Angeles. This is a low time commitment for high impact for both our alumni and students.

  It has been brought to our attention that the Women’s Center hosts Tiny Desk Tuesdays--in honor of black femme artists-- for the month of February.

  𝑨𝒅𝒖𝒍𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 can seem daunting. University Centers is bringing a series of 90-minute workshops to UCSD where we will tackle the challenge and show you that maybe adulting isn't that hard.🧐

  Students will gain practical knowledge on life skills that extend beyond the classroom, with resources and guides to help along the way. 𝑨𝒅𝒖𝒍𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 will include tips about things like meal prep, taxes, and even how to change a tire!
