What a disaster. Kept shipping my package back and forth between Warrendale and Cincinnati for 8+ days. Still haven't received it. Wouldn't be surprised if package is received ruined, if it ever gets here.

This USPS sorting facility is a disgrace; these reviews are not exaggerating. As an online seller, I use the USPS to deliver my packages to my customers. Occasional issues are expected, but when this black hole of a distribution center is the first sorting facility your customer's orders go through, obvious problems arise. My last package has been stuck for 10 days in Warrendale. Another time a package had the ultimate road trip across the United States, always being sent back to Warrendale because the other facilities didn't need it sent to them.

It seems they don't care to help with your problems as neither of the phone numbers I received worked; one from Google, and another given to me by another close-by facility. I have called the general USPS customer service phone number, and they are opening an investigation with the Warrendale, PA location, which I'm told usually results in a better-functioning facility, sometimes through employee retraining or hiring new employees. Hopefully this will happen.

Amazingly and unfortunately, USPS customer service also advised I stuff my packages with filler material to make them heavier and bigger so they're easier for the P.O. to keep track of, which would anger my customers AND would cost more because of the weight! How do they keep track of paper mail then?

I find it humorous that others feel the need to defend the facility because their mail happened to arrive safely. I'm happy for you, but just wait for it; if you send or order a lot of mail through Warrendale, you can expect this to happen to you eventually...

I wish I could give 0 stars. The planner I ordered for my wedding has been bouncing around this facility for days, and the delivery date keeps being pushed later and later. My tracking information makes absolutely no sense. It keeps saying the package has left the facility and is "in transit to destination" and then 24-48 hours later has "arrived at destination facility", that facility being WARRENDALE. And repeat.
I live in Rochester, NY. I don't get what the problem or hold up is, but I'm about ready to tell them to just hold my planner at the facility so I can drive the four hours to come and get it myself. Too bad I can't because the phone doesn't get answered

This is not the first issue I've had with this facility, and I don't understand what is going on here. It's like the Bermuda triangle of USPS facilities.

Seems like I'm not alone here. For some reason a package from MI from my sister went to this facility rather than west to MT where I live. The box has now been missing for 10 DAYS. The phone isn't answered; no help from the USPS in locating this missing box full of holiday gifts. Unacceptable use of our tax dollars.

The last package I ordered that went through Warrendale spent about 15 minutes there before moving on, according to the tracking info. I don't have times for other shipments, but I always get priority in 2 days. No complaints here.

The sheer mass of single-star reviews tells a story - I can't argue with it. But this is my drop in the bucket.
