They ruined a belt to my coat and the owner never called me to offer a refund. I will never recommend nor use this cleaners again.

The staff is unprofessional. I had items missing, and upon visiting the cleaners to search for the items, I was informed that they're not responsible for lost belts, buttons and so forth. They did not even act as if they were making an effort looking for my non returned itemswhat a mess! Do not go here.

At this price I can't believe I'll go anywhere else. The people who work there are very friendly and very professional. The new manager there is a very nice person and I look forward to coming back.

The plus is your garments are ready the next day. I don't like tags stapled to the garment tags and I request only light starch and they always follow my instructions. I am a wedding planner and I take a lot of items there and I have not had any issues.

Owner did NOT in good faith attempt to resolve issue. Owner and employees are certainly NOT on the same page. Poor quality of service. Does not stand behind service. Owner is rude and could care less if you are pleased. In this case, "you do get what you pay for." For two months I was promised by employees that two articles of clothing would be repaired from damage caused by the cleaners and poor cleaning (still spots and stains and make-up on clothing). For two months I went to US $2.39 cleaners to pick up my items and they had not been touched or could not be found because no one bothered to document, note or re-tag the two remaining garments. I had to go through the cleaners and find my own garments! Now the button was found for one garment. I was told on many occasions that the owner had to "get the matching thread before she could sew on the button, then the diamond was missing from the button and I was told, "oh, she can get one and glue it in." After two months, the owner tells me I can "go through the box of buttons" myself and find the other missing button. Wait, you are losing so many buttons that you have a "box!" She stated she would not sew the buttons on and that her employees provided me with the wrong information because she would NOT repair my garments or re-clean them. I told her that I would be filing a complaint and thus I am at least honoring my word! Don't patron this establishment. The clothes don't even smell fresh and clean! Lesson learned, you get what you pay for in this instance!

By far one of the best dry cleaners that I have gone to since I have been down here for 3 years. There service was excelent and friendly, and their prices are very competitive. The only down side to what they do is that they do not offer any other serice like touch ups to the cloths or something simple as sowing on buttons, but I will say that when I got my suit back, they did tell me that some of the buttons did fall off while they were cleaning it and they did sow it back on. Also they do give discounts to Oakwood University and UAH students so all in all this is (to me) the best place to get your dry cleaning done.
