There will be a press conference today at 1:00 p.m. to announce charges against Rochester Drug Co-operative, its former CEO Laurence Doud III and former chief of compliance, William Pietruszewski for the illegal diversion of narcotics. Today’s Indictment includes the first-ever criminal charges against drug company executives for diversion of opioids.
