    Not a real post office.

    This is so misleading.

The best post office I have ever experienced. Great service, great hours and always willingness to go above and beyond.

I was hoping for whimsical pleasant experience, one that would match its location and ambiance. Quiant village market expected to have exceptional service, however I agree with the other reviews, totally rude. I would have never expected this from a post office. Uninterested staff who could not have been less helpful. Miss behind the register did not even try and she spoke to me as if I was suppose to know everything. I looked around like is she singling me out? . If I knew everything then I wouldn't ask or seem so lost. It's only about mail for goodNess sake, is it that hard to give information about mail and direct your customers in the right direction? I mean isn't that her job? I tried to pay attention to how others were being treated, and the result was poorly. Postal customer service here: fail. In every aspect.

Before heading to this post office, I was mentally preparing myself for a long line, rude people, a dirty office (you know, typical post office). I walked by this place twice before realizing it was, in fact a post office. SO CLEAN SO BEAUTIFUL. The line does build up, but there's ONE person behind the counter because the office is about the size of a small kitchen, but it's a comfortable office... And by comfortable I mean they sell Lacoste polos and speciality lotions inside, not even kidding. The woman behind the counter was probably the most helpful postal worker I've ever encountered (think opposite of annoyed and overworked Manhattan postal workers) and was very kind in guiding me through sending a very important insured letter.

Horrible customer service and rude attitude on 2/20/16 encountered with clerk. She should be fired for disinterested to serve people.
