Waited 35 minutes to be told the computers were down and I would have to reschedule. I understand things like this happen, but why make me wait 35 minutes before telling me I need to reschedule? It's 2017 and I'm still waiting on my 2015 tax refund. The IRS is a joke.

They have one poor lady waiting on everyone and now you will only be seen if you have an appointment. We got there before they opened and waited til 8:30 because that when it says they open. They don't open til 9. After waiting over an hour we walked in and the guard asked what we needed and we told him then he asked if we had an appointment. I said no sir we only need printed copies of OUR transcripts because we need them today and we don't have a printer. He said we needed an appointment and they couldn't help us without it. So I was finally able to have them faxed to my local library. I got news for the IRS we pay you to see us and get what we need from you this place is an absolute disgrace

Waited an hour to be told cash payments aren't accepted.

US Code says something entirely different. As a government office you are required to accept cash payments. Next visit I'll be sure to bring my handy copy of US Code and pay in pennies instead.
