  chris did a fantastic job setting me up with a 26' that i did not have reserved. took the time to clean it out and ready to go. very satisfied with his service and the business at the schofield location.

  Waited half an hour for boxes while this guy sat on computer and ignored me! Lady in front of me, yes there was a line was misquoted price from 30 bucks to 140...haha.

  Gets woarse. Had my daughter take back box's with receipts. They took the box's , and gave HER NOTHING BACK. No money no receipt. Stole my property. Told her that I needed to come back in. It's a 29 min drive one way!

  Very dissatisfied with the Schofield WI location and customer service.
  Reserved a 17 ft truck for Saturday , however, when I printed my confirmation , discovered that I was getting a 9-foot cargo van. I proceeded to call the local U-Haul dealer where I would be picking up the truck, and Sean, the manager, told me they didnt have any trucks available. They said I could possibly go and pick up another truck in a different city, which is also unacceptable. How can that be, when I have a confirmed reservation???? I feel since I made a reservation, I gave them my credit card number, and I had a confirmation and they said that they could do nothing for me in that regard. There is no way a 9ft cargo van would work for the type of moving we need to do. Needless to say, I canceled my reservation with them and went with Penske, who was very able to accommodate me for the same price.
  Will not be giving Uhaul my business in the future!!

  Couldn't produce the trailer we had reserved. With several large cube vans sitting on the lot they could have made it right but they refused to make the switch. We left without a trailer yet those trucks were still in the yard several hours later. I would suggest looking at Ryder first.

  My brother and his girlfriend used the Uhaul. They took it back early with extra gas. They had gone over their mileage limit, but were not charged. Great treatment of excellent customers.

  This place made our move that much easier! The mileage allotment and the amount of days we could use the truck were way better than any other rental a company. Great rates compared to others. The customer service people were very, very nice!
