  We got the truck in minutes. We were even late bringing the truck back (we called to let them know, of course), and they were very understanding. Great customer service.

  If i could give 0 stars i would. Never come to this location, the manager Erica has NO desire to help her customers. The dolly i rented had a damaged tire and she did not inspect it. If i had gotten into an accident because of this and someone was her it would have been Erica's fault. After realizing this saftey issue i suggested taking another wheel and putting it on the dolly and she said i could not do this because they didnt have tools. I told her i had the tools and was willing to change them and then she kept making excuses as to why i cant do it. She expected me to drive 20 miles away to get another dolly and she refused to allow me to speak to her superior. Never use uhaul and if you do dont come to this location. She should be fired for failure of customer support

  Most Amazing Service, Erica was more than efficient she's very detailed, helpful my boyfriend are very great full she provided us with the best pricing. We couldn't ask for a better service we would definitely go back to use her service.

  They need more staff on the weekends. Had this one kid killing himself alone. He was doing everything for the customers. But he was very polite. Other then that the service was smooth and reasonable.

  We usually do not have an issue at this location but today service was horrible.
  We were told they had ZERO rentals available same day, and nothing would be available until Sunday. I went right online and reserved a vehicle for today.
  
  I called to confirm my reservation and to inquire about paying cash.. The man says yes, you can pay cash. We go to pick up the vehicle and now he says $100.00 deposit. I said that is why I called in advance to get details regarding the rental. He then lies AGAIN and said I didn't speak to him.
  
  IN ADDITION MY HUSBAND JUST DISCOVERED WE PAID FOR A DOLLY AND THE MAN DIDNT LOAD IT.
  
  HIS RESPONSE: MY BAD
  
  IF IT ISNT THE REGULAR LADY
  DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.
  WE HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

  As far as getting a truck I can say pretty good. We received a call that made me really nervous, they didn't have our truck available. But they do have a reimbursement for this inconvenience. Once we returned the call, they had the truck available. Down side would have to be their call center...I tried to get a storage with them, yet I couldn't get the actual storage and the lady who assisted me was pretty nasty. Rushed me and couldn't answer any of my questions. She said she would have someone call back, which they did but by then I already found alternate storage. The service for the truck was good. Fast and cheap. Clean and it had AC which is good in this heat.

  Have used this place about 6 times in the past 10 years. Never had a problem. The only complaint I have is they dont have more people helping especially on busy days like Saturdays. We have never had a bad truck or experience. We are using them again soon and expect the same. If not, i will change my review. Good luck movers.
