  Wonderful customer service. I've been renting a storage unit for 3 years. I moved a couch and a couple chairs out in a truck we rented. By the time we unloaded the truck, returned it, got dinner, and made our way home, it was 15 minutes after they closed for the night and we couldn't find a chair cushion. Sam got the message and went back to check if it was there. He didn't have to do that but he did because he knows it means something to his customer. I'm glad I chose this location, everyone is so nice, and they definitely put their customers first. Thank you guys

  This weekend I rented a 17' truck from these guys to move my family. I chose this store because they were always courteous when I purchased propane from them. Made reservations over the phone & then confirmed it online with the information they gave me. Moving day arrived and off we go. The truck was solid as a tank and I felt very confident that it was going to get me through our move. When our move was done and it was time to return the truck they were closed. They already told me where to park it and where the after hours drop box for keys was located. Next morning I received a confirmation e-mail with the bill. Everything was as they said.
  
  If you ever need anything give these guys a call! They are the nicest bunch of people. You can't get any better service than here!

  Love Sam very nice pleased to work with only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because who ever you talk to to make reservations is really rude god forbid if you want to know any information because all she wanted was your card number and to get off the phone. I received a strange call the day I need to turn in the truck so I try to call Sam to ask his opinion about the situation and god behold I got the same lady rude as hell. I won't be doing business again with this kind of attitude from someone.
