False estimate, ended up paying double of what i expected. Rude team. Happened two years ago but I remember now because I’m moving again. Don’t use these guys. I’ve had a better experience with hunks in this area. Two team members walked off during our move out of Wahoo. One of them was so scrawny all he did was stand around. 2 hour delay in the middle of it. Had to pay extra. Manager was rude and said if I had a problem I could call his boss. Clearly there’s an accountability issue with this company. They probably do good most of the time, but when something goes wrong these guys are just moving over you to the next paycheck

In relocating an office, we needed movers that we could trust. Two Men and a Truck really came through for us! They were prompt, courteous, diligent, and very hard working. When we came upon some unexpected complications, they came up with a solution quickly during the move. In addition, their estimate for the move was very reasonable and accurate. I would recommend them to anyone that needs to move!

Excellent company! Justin and Colin we're our movers and I can not provide enough kufos for them. Such wonderful young men. They picked up the two large items I had purchased from two different locations and delivered them in perfect condition. They took care of things in a very timely manner
and were both friendly and fun to speak with. Not only would I recommend this fine company, but want to specifically mention Justin and Colin. Wonderful experience with Two Men and a Truck. Best movers in town in town!

Overall experience was poor last year. Items had fallen on top of each other in truck due to poor loading. My wood floor was damaged at new home, though repairs have been started & 90+% complete, I cannot get a return call to complete repairs. Completely unprofessional. Plan to file a small court claim in next few weeks to try and get resolution. Truly should not come to this point.

We hired Two Men and a Truck in Lincoln/Omaha, Nebraska to move my 75 year old mother from Nebraska to Florida. We paid for both packing and moving. We also paid for packing supplies (boxes, paper, etc). On moving day, there was a complete lack of care/concern by the team of packers. They showed up nearly two hours late, they didn’t have packing supplies (we clearly ordered and paid for packing supplies when we arranged the move with Two Men and a Truck), they carelessly put things in the truck without proper packing and wrapping. Mom had a few packing supplies at her home, but not nearly enough for the quantity of items that needed to be packed. After, my mom told me how the packing went, I immediately called the Lincoln, NE office to tell them I was very concerned that things were going to be broken during transit. I was reassured by Christina that a team would repack everything before it was crated for the cross country move. That clearly didn’t happen, or if it did, they were not thorough. I have done many cross country moves in the last 15 years and I’ve never had things arrive broken like we did with this move. In fact, in my previous experiences, the quality of packing has been beyond what is needed to ensure nothing is broken.

Then every time I call Two Men & A Truck, I hear a recording that says that every move is treated like it is the founder’s grandma. Well, I don’t think that is the case.

We were offered a very small sum as a claim settlement. I tried over and over to get this resolved with the local franchisee, but my efforts were ignored and my emails went unanswered.

I know that one move doesn’t make a reputation, but I feel like the company has not stood by its promise.
