The worst customer service ever encountered. Cindy has the mouth of a sailor on shore leave. She believes she's 100% right even when confronted with actual facts. They had my car for over a month for a simple fender repair. As soon as I drove it home I noticed something wrong. I immediately contacted them and they checked again and find NOTHING. That same day I took it to my usual mechanic and found that all 4 of my struts were busted. They were less than a year old. Two Guys still insisted they did nothing. I had my mechanic replace the struts. My car still has some crazy swaying problem that I've taken it to 4 other places, and no one can identify the problem. I don't know what they did, but now I have a car, that I'm paying for and cannot drive. And as far as the 5 star ratings they get. That's either employees or family members helping them. They suck!!

I am so pleased with the service here! The intake process for dropping off my car was SO quick and easy! They handled all my paperwork and offered me a ride to enterprise.
They called and updated me on how my car was coming along and then when I went to pick my car up when it was ready my car looked BRAND NEW!! They even detailed the inside of my car as well! (Which I was not expecting at all!) will be back!!response / report this review -

I took my '14 Equinox to Two Guys for some extensive body repair and I absolutely could not be more thrilled!!! From start to finish, they were absolutely amazing!! Charlie fixed a leak on my door free of charge in order to keep me driving my car until I could get everything straight with my insurance and parts could be ordered. Then I got my car back sooner AND less expensive than estimated AND it looks perfect. You can look that thing up and down with a magnifying glass and you would NEVER know there was ever even a scratch on it!!! Fantastic job, Two Guys!!!

Love this place. Had over 16k worth of damage and they did a great job fixing my 2016 Pilot. I got phone calls with status updates. I highly recommend.

Have used this company twice in the last year.both times I've received excellent service. Start to finish they are tops. They're reasonably priced, the techs do excellent work, the office staff are just the nicest and most professional group of people to deal with, and I got my vehicles back quickly. Can't ask for any better auto repair services. Hopefully I won't need their services again, but if I ever need my vehicle repaired again , you can bet Two Guys will be the place I go to. Highly recommend them!!

Cindy the owner of this place is the most rudest person I have ever dealt with. I would never recommend this place to anyone even my worst enemy I would never send there to get any work done to their car. She told me to come pick my f***ing car up and that she wasn't going to work on it cause she wasn't going to make any money on the parts that were being supplied to her from the insurance company. She is Rude and doesn't seem to care how her business is being run even at the expense of losing business. Being in a small community you would expect more from a business owner to want to keep in good standing in the community. She seems to not care one bit about that. I would give 0 stars but it would not let me.

All I'll say don't go to them. If you love your car. Instead of fixing the car, they'll wreck it more. Zero star will be great rating for them. They have bunch of liars and non professional people there.
