  Spoke with Cecil on phone. Made an appointment for him to come the next day to see my system. He never showed up, called or texted. Left me waiting. Bad news

  Charges a lot of money and doesn’t provide follow up service or warranty work. Will not return calls. Locked my equipment cabinet, kept all the codes and passwords, won’t come to fix issues. I need access just to get someone else to work on it. Filed complaint with BBB. Cecil Ward is an unethical person. Don’t waste your money. They system doesn’t work like it should. Ripped off.

  I just had Cecil and Chris install (wall mount) two large televisions and a sound bar/speaker system in my home. They were prompt, professional, exceptionally thorough, and treated my home like it was their own. They do not just install your electronics, they MAXIMIZE them through studied positioning, clever wiring/cabling, perfect harmonization with other systems, and stream-lining all operations into a unitary system. They helped us pick the perfect locations and heights for the television screens, moved electrical boxes to the TVs' height, ran all the associated cabling in an invisible manner, trained us on how to best use the new controls, and walked us through all the "whiz-bang" features of our new systems. Best of all, they cleaned up thoroughly when the job was done, and hauled away all the trash/boxes that were leftover. As they left, Cecil urged me to call him anytime if I had any questions about system installation or operation. This is the best money I have spent in a very long time! Thank you, Cecil and Chris, for a job EXCEPTIONALLY WELL DONE!

  Horrible experience!!! This company installed our entire six thousand square foot home with internet, music and television sound system. Cecil, who is the owner, is good at explaining the options/equipment. The service and follow up are extremely terrible!! The universal remotes along with the functionality of the system did not work well. We tried calling them numerous times and there was no service to fix them. I was later notified by an employee there, that the the equipment he sold us, was actually used equipment, but we were charged at the full price rate. Our neighbor, whose home was recently in parade of homes, went with a different company with a one man team. We have also used Listen Up for other services and have been happy with them as well. As we go into the building phases of our new custom home, we will not be using Two Guys and some Wire!

  Had an amazing experience with the entire crew! I had broken my ankle and was wanting to get a nice home theater system set up for the time I was going to be down. I talked to the owner and set up a time for him to come out and show me what he had. He came to my house brought me information as well as a demo for me to listen to. I purchased my system through them and as soon as the products came in they where out to install everything. The installation crew were extremely professional and very quick at getting everything set up and sounding amazing in no time. I still get compliments and love the way the system sounds. I have had Bose as well as other brand system and there is nothing that competes. I am very happy with the outcome of the service the product itself and would recommend them anytime!
