I just love this place! I take my little dog here to be seen and I've had great experiences with all the vets, they are very caring and attentive--they will even call to check up on your baby the next day. I've always been able to get in to get my pup seen if it was urgent and the staff and technicians are great as well. Highly recommend.

I adopted Molly last year and had always used another local vet for my previous pets, but Molly was used to Two By Two, so I switched for her. They are very caring towards the animals and very knowledgeable. They get you in on time and take the time with you to make sure that you and your pet leave happy.

Dr. Shaffer saved my cats life. She had a spay surgery done somewhere else and she was bleeding internally. I took her to a few other clinics who said her gums are pale but they didn’t think anything was seriously wrong. Dr. Shaffer took one look at her and knew she was on deaths doorstep. When she discovered what was wrong she took it upon herself to call the vet partnered with the humane society who takes care of their after hours emergencies and tell them what was going on so they could take my cat in for emergency surgery. She really cared what happened to her and followed up with me after. She also called the humane society to let them know what happened from her professional standpoint, I of course went in and let them know they almost killed my cat. If Dr. Shaffer had not seen my cat she would not be here today. No words or positive review on the internet could express my gratitude.

I love Dr. Holly Shaffer and her staff. Our pets are our family and they all get that. The staff is knowledgeable, kind and considerate. After years of struggling with our dachshunds allergies with another vet, Dr. Shaffer tried two approaches and the second one worked, this is the first summer that Daisy Mae had a full coat of fur in many years. Dr. Shaffer will sit on the floor and talk to our dogs like they are people. She, is amazing. I have also visited with two other vets for emergencies and they are great as well. I highly recommend Two by Two Animal Hospital!!

Two by Two is a complete veterinary hospital that can do surgeries, take x-rays, do lab work and board your pet as needed after a surgery for observation. From the moment you enter the clinic the staff is very friendly and so very knowledgeable at each step. They have several vets on staff including the owner Dr. Shaffer who is exceptional. My pets are so very important to me and Two by Two gives me veterinary care I can depend on.

Staff was friendly , helpful and polite., there is no such thing as a stupid question. , If they don't have an answer to a question they will find the answer before I leave. My Dog Nick gets so excited when he goes there to see his "friends" he loves going. The Doctors are always thorough and never rush the exam.

Two By Two Animal Hospital has such care and concern for animals and their owners. They take the time to really look over your pet and answer any questions you have without making you feel you are taking up to much time. They help out with many functions, like 4H, and are always friendly and kind. I would recommend them as your choice for the animals that you love.

I was really nervous about bringing my blue and gold macaw in because I know she is not the friendliest to strangers. But the staff was calm, patient and it made Miss Chicken calm as well! Everyone was so understanding and so welcoming, will definitely be back and will probably bring my other fur babies as well. Thank you everyone!

I'm grateful to Two by Two Animal Hospital and Dr. Shaffer for caring for two special dogs for many years until it was time to say goodbye to them. Hard as that is, Dr. Shaffer helped me through it with great kindness. Now I'm trusting a new pet, a cat, I inherited from friends who moved out of the country to Two by Two. I was very impressed at my recent visit at the expert care and instructions I received from the vet tech, Leah, and Dr. Lin in regard to "cat care".

Our Pekingese, Puffin, has been a patient of Two by Two for 8+ years, and we could not be more pleased. A few years ago, Puff developed an illness, but we were about to leave for a visit to family in CA. We had to leave her at Two By Two, not knowing whether she would survive the illness. Dr. Shafer phoned us on Thanksgiving day to let us know she was much better--thus taking time from her own holiday to send joy to ours. Puffin loves to visit Two By Two; I've never had a dog who looked forward to seeing a vet! We cannot imagine trusting our beloved pet to anyone else.

We took my dog to Two by Two for his final years. We spent a lot of money there as his diseases increased and conditions worsened. After his death, we had an issue with Two by Two. They refused to acknowledge that it was their fault, then finally did, then dismissed it with "Your dog just died. Isn't that enough to worry about?" Months later, when I had mentioned this to friends, they insisted that I contact the owner to report what happened. I wrote a letter explaining how hurt we were by the callous handling of that issue. I never heard back from anyone.

We have received nothing but exceptional service from Two by Two. When we first brought home our then puppy we started at a different vet. Switched, was there for a year then had our dog groomed at Two by Two. Our dog seemed very happy there, so we switched everything to Two by Two and we couldn't be happier. We had a serious issue pop up this month where we literally thought our dog was dying, and he would have if we wouldn't have brought him into the vet. They had exceptional customer service and made me feel as comfortable as I could about a very scary situation for us. We do trust this vet with our pets life, and we did and still have our pet due to their wonderful care. Cannot recommend enough.
