What a treat to have these two fantastic breweries from California and New York send some kegs and cans down to Louisiana! We are excited to enjoy Pure Project Brewing from San Diego, CA and Equilibrium Brewery from Middletown, NY.

We were honored to have a Shreveport legend come sign the Wall of Fame tonight! Brady Blade is an internationally known drummer, producer, and composer, having played with folks like Emmylou Harris, Dave Matthews, Steve Earle, Indigo Girls, Solomon Burke, and Patty Griffin.
Born and raised in Shreveport, his signature joins that of his brother, world-famous jazz drummer Brian Blade, and their father, gospel singer/bandleader/Pastor Brady Blade Sr.

Come join us to Root for our friend, Chef Blake Jackson, as he competes on the Food Network's newest reality series, "Bake You Rich"! We'll be hosting a watch party for the premiere of Blake's episode, airing at 9pm on April 28.
Each episode gives the opportunity of a lifetime to professional pastry chefs as they compete to have their treats produced by the Cake Boss, Buddy Valastro, and sold on the Carlo's Bakery website.
Chef Blake Jackson is a Shreveport native, owner of Whisk Dessert Bar & Drake Catering, and a massive proponent of all things local. Come meet Blake and cheer him on! We'll even have a few samples of some delicious treats Blake has prepared, just like what will be shown on the episode!

Buddy has been asked to take part in the funeral service of another Shreveport legend, Maggie Warwick. The funeral will be held at the Municipal Auditorium at 6pm on Tuesday April 2nd.

⭐Brasserie Dupont Saison Dupont Tourpes, Belgium / 6.5% / 11.2oz Bottle Pours A world classic beer and the yardstick for one of Belgium’s most important beer styles. A strong, vital yeast is key to full attenuation and thus to the style. Saison Dupont is straw colored with a dense creamy head. The nose is alive, like fresh raised bread, estery with citrus and spice notes. Full-bodied and malty, it sparkles on the palate and finishes with a zesty hop and citrus attack. Incredibly compatible with food.
⭐Brasserie Thiriez Blonde Esquelbecq, France / 6.0% / 13.5oz Draft Pours That gorgeous hop aroma . . . Could it be any more fresh? Spicy, piquant, right in our face. ⭐Great Raft Brewing All My Tomorrows Shreveport, LA / 7.0% / 16.9oz Bottle Pours A modern interpretation of a classic farmhouse ale that celebrates American innovation. Generous amounts of rye and American Mosaic hops were added to create a rustic Saison that's earthy and fruity, with intense aromatics of juicy citrus.
⭐Green Bench Brewing Co. Mr. Saison Saint Petersburg, FL / 5.5% / 13.5oz Draft Pours Brewed with rose hips, grains of paradise, and lemongrass. Dry with loads of floral notes.
⭐Grimm Artisanal Ales Camoufleur Brooklyn, NY / 6.5% / 13.5oz Draft Pours Brett saison, step-mashed and brewed with 100% pilsner malt. Spicy, funky, and laced with noble hop aromas. Blended with a small amount of barrel-aged golden sour, and dry-hopped with Saphir hops to bring extra notes of tangerine and spice.
⭐Nebraska Brewing Company Blanc is the New White Papillion, NE / 6.2% / 13.5oz Draft Pours Crafted with locally grown Nebraska hops and Ardennes yeast, this Sauvignon Blanc Barrel Aged Saison spans the flavors of grassy to lightly tropical.
