Bruce was a man of his word. I came 8hrs to get a car for my wife. He was extremely patient with me as distance was an issue. Even though i live 8hrs away i will consider them for my next purchase.

Purchased a 2008 Nissan Frontier from Twin Willows not 45 days ago, have come to find out that the car was sold with a faulty transmission cooler which ended up fouling the transmission and radiator which resulted in $3,000 worth of repairs. As this was being diagnosed, the Nissan dealership serving the vehicle found a noticeable dent in the driveshaft which also needs to be replaced as well as resulting damage to the driveline. The car was sold as a fully functional, reliable vehicle but obviously was not. As a result, we are not faced with $5,000 in total repairs to the vehicle.
One would respond by asking, 'why didn't you buy a warranty?'; well Twin Willows sold me the vehicle with a 2 year Powertrain warranty from CARS Protection Plus Which refused to pay anything on the claim stating that the issues resulted from the dealer selling a faulty vehicle, and further weaseling out of the claim because the radiator/transmission cooler was not covered in the warranty. I had to speak with several of their people and threaten legal action just to get a refund of Premium.
Oh by the way, when confronted with this, Twin Willows refused to pay anything to help repair the vehicle because I terminated my warranty with CARS The warranty company they sold to me that was unwilling to pay anything on a claim that their service staff was unable to address prior to selling me the Nissan.
If you are considering buying a vehicle from Twin Willows or CARS Protection Plus, I strongly suggest you shop elsewhere. They are not doing good business, do not support them.response / report this review -

If I could give them 0 stars I would.. they are the worst company I've ever seen in my life and I'm another tow company in VA we bought a rollback and they said to fix the breaks for us which never happened truck broke down 4 different times and they barely paid the tow bill back to VA.. The truck was supposably looked at and tested extensively obviously it wasn't .. then I tow the truck to my shop fix it and they don't repay the bill that their god aweful mechanic shop that they took us too absolutely destroyed the breaking system on the truck over 4000$ in damages caught on fire and everything needless to say they are the worst company on this planet and they refuse to make it right twin willows will not be in business much longer NOBODY buy ANYTHING from the people worst place ever

Great local family-owned and operated used car dealership. In the world of megastores it's nice to still find a family-owned-and-operated business. They have a great selection to choose from and I would recommend anyone to go check them out.

You really gotta single the folks here at Twin Willows out. Why? Cause it is obvious they like to deal in Cadillacs of all years and models. Anyone who favors these iconic American cars deserves 5 stars!

If I could give a 0 I would!! Buyer beware! We bought a truck, paid $16,000 cash, wasn't shipped after 2 weeks so while my husband happened to be in town he decided to drive it the 561 miles home after the dealership closed for the weekend. Not even 100 miles away a light came on saying the truck would cut off due to DEF malfunction. Drove the truck the 8 hours home without turning it off, next morning it wouldn't crank. Called the dealership and the manager offered to pay for a diagnostic test but nothing else and with no way to drive it 25 miles to a local dealership we were forced to pay over $5000 for a kit to fix it. Our local dealership said they had to have cleared the code before selling the truck and sold it before it came back on. Filed a Better Business Bureau report and the company never responded. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT A BROKEN DOWN VEHICLE. THEY ARE ONLY OUT FOR $$$$!

Bought a car from them out of state a few months of go made process easy and painless great pleasure to deal with the people here at Twin Willows definitely would recommend them to anyone.
