Love this place. Can find anything for my family. They have men's ladies and even PLUS SIZES. Amanda, the owner, is so sweet and always helpful. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area.

This is my favorite store in Hartville! Great selection, great prices, great employees, great owner! So many new items arrive every day! Designer items and home made items! They have it all!! Stop in and see for yourself!!

Anyone who came to this store before 2017 was visiting an entirely different business. Amanda, the new owner, has turned everything around - the employees seem happier, the store is cleaner with much better displays (check out the local section!) consignors are actually getting paid (no more bounced checks!) and the selection has improved. Don't miss out on an affordable treasure by passing this place up!

I liked it when the store was in the red barn I found you had a selection of man/guy items to choose from. I understand moving. I have been in a few times since Thanksgiving and have struggled to find anything "manly" including clothing. Feels like the store made a big change to the customers and or sellers? I'm giving one star since I was in and out through out the store and no one said a word to me. The ladies were working, but the store only had a few other shoppers. Maybe some customer service? Just a hello?

There are some pros and cons to this place. I have sold items at Platos closet and Clothes Mentor and just recently this place. At Platos I like it because they give you a price up front and if they don't accept an item they tell you why. Also I like that they text you when your items are ready. At twice is nice they were good because they accepted a lot more than Platos ever does (I feel like Platos is super picky). The con to Twice is Nice is that I didn't like how you have to check yourself to see if your stuff is in the corner. I also don't like that you don't get cash on the spot and have to wait till the 15th of every month to get cash. I realize that it can be used in the store until the 15th but I'd still rather just have my money right away like Platos.
