  Incredible staff, very professional and down to earth people. I had Brandon Twibell representing me and he did such an amazing job with my case, always kept my best interest in mind and always found the time to keep in touch and explain every part of the process to me in a way that was easy to understand and easy to make decisions on. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a criminal defense attorney.

  Not to go into personal detail but Mr. Scott Pierson represented me about a year ago in a traffic related case. Not everything was done correctly in my charge and like a shark smelling blood in the water Mr Pierson knew exactly what to do and absolutely demolished the prosecutor.
  
  While he was kind and respectful, especially in court, he did not hold back when it was his turn to speak/represent. Despite the fact that it kept being postponed for over a year he showed up every time with assurance and kindness. He delivered on exactly what he said he would do. For that I am forever appreciative.
  
  I do want to apologize for not doing a review sooner. He definitely deserved one right there on the spot. Excellent lawyer and a stand up individual. I also want to applaud his kind and courteous staff who were more than pleasant to speak to every time I had a question.
  
  Once again thank you to all. If you're looking for representation he is, without a shadow of a doubt, the person you want on your side.

  I got pulled over and was facing DWI charge's. I had called and spoke with 2-3 other law firms, and all they did was tell me how much trouble I was in. Then I called Twibell Pierson law firm. Best choice I ever made. Kristie talked with me and explained everything and what to expect. I'm here to tell you she worked so hard on my case. Went way above the call of duty! If you need a team to fight for you in court you found them! Kristie Pierce and Scott is the team you need. My case went on for a little while, Kristie and her team stuck to the quoted price and fought for me. She got me the best deal. I would and will recommend Her and the team to anyone feeling overwhelm and confused about court . She will be by your side the whole time.
