Good food (try the poutine), great beer selection (they make their own), and plenty of pool tables (though there's usually a wait on weekends). Can get quite crowded on the weekends, but that's to be expected. Hands down my favorite bar in Decatur.

I've been to Twain's twice & enjoyed myself both times. The food is great & I love the atmosphere! I don't drink beer but my friend enjoyed the one he tasted. I'd definitely recommend this bar for after work or an on the weekend hangout spot.

It is is a good place to grab a drink. There is billiards in the back of the place, but it also seemed like a family restaurant. Kids and teens around don't really yell pub atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and we were severed and given our check in a timely manner. Maybe go later in the evening to experience a more adult setting, we were there around 17:00

The atmosphere and the food was good but when we first walked in the Hostess was not pleasant. She didn't even greet us. This was our first time coming here and we live in Decatur. My friends have been raving about this tavern and begging me to visit. So after work my boyfriend and I wanted to eat out and enjoy. Lets just say our first impression starting with the hostess was not encouraging. We sit at a open booth and the table was ungodly sticky! The place was understandably busy so it was about 10 minutes before we had our server get us our menus and drinks. She was very nice and we ordered an appetizer. Didn't take long for the food to show - except it was delivered by a hostess (there were two that night) and she was also not friendly. We were ready to order our entrees but our waitress was nowhere to be found, so the hostess took our order. My boyfriend ordered the fish and chips and asked for no sauce and I ordered the house sausage with fries on the side. We got our dishes, again with the hostess - I didn't get any ketchup with my fries and my boyfriend's dish had sauce with it. I had this weird red sauce that looks like thick salsa. We had to ask for ketchup, which was odd because a few tables over had fries and was given ketchup. Our waitress this whole time only came by once just to check on us. Then we had to ask for the check AGAIN with the hostess. She even processed the payments (again our server was nowhere!) I see both hostesses serving and taking orders in the waitress's section and working at their hostess station. This was already a messed up system and I use to work at restaurants for a few years. I'm sorry but I did not leave a good tip and my boyfriend didn't bother at all. Not a good first impression but the food was good. It's possible we came on a bad day and we might come back and try the billiards.

The food was good I had a turkey sandwich, like I had a burger with sweet potato chips and some type of ranch dip. I didn't care for the ranch dip though when he went to taste it. Only thing I didn't like was that I was trying to call a restaurant for food allergy information and no one ever picked up the phone! So I just took a chance and went there because they had more choices than the other restaurant in downtown Decatur. But it was opposable spot though I had never been there, but always wanted to go. It's kind of loud. They have pool tables, dart throwing, and I think shuffleboard. The cool spot I might go back. Enjooooy!

Twain's is the place to go if you enjoy the true craft brew pub experience. Great selection of beers brewed in-house and the food is delicious.

Nice place for none smokers, I'm only giving them 4stars just because they don't have enough parking places. Other than that, it's a great place to chill with friends or your significant others.

Nothing to brag about. Food was ok, but the service was lacking. Drunk guys spilled beer, and no one cared or cleaned up for over 30 mins.

The grilled salmon is the ish. The flavor that pops is unbelievable. Don't be scared of your summer veggies: the green bean and potato dish was cooked to perfection. And then there's the shrimp and huspuppies: if there are two or more people, get a plate for each of you.

I really enjoyed the food. We started off with a deviled egg app which I loved. Then shared a salad which was good. For dinner i had a chicken and waffle sandwich with fries, I enjoyed it but wish it was more lol. My girl had a pasta dish which she said was kind of bland. My server was pretty cool but he never told us his name and he was hardly around. I liked the environment nice place to enjoy food and beer and just chill

Food was ok. Great Beer selection. You have to play pool by the hour its like $3.75 per person. I'm not used to that I'm used to sticking 4 quarters in and calling it a day.

Fun, friendly clean, comfy and trendy all in one! Love the "seat yourself" system. Hush puppies are a bit bland, but everything else was in point! Even asked for sweet potato chip refills! The polenta was amazing! Georgia shrimp special was awesome! Great night!
