Came here for a tux for an upcoming wedding. My first measurements were done out of town by a tailor and sent in. When I came in for the fitting the pants were too tight and when I expressed this I was told that if I had given him the correct measurements this wouldn't have happened. Otherwise everyone was somewhat agreeable but didn't seem to be very invested in what they were doing. It's a tux mill serves, its purpose but I wouldn't choose to go here myself.

Tuxego has a fast and friendly staff, they get your fitting right the first time. They are experts at making you look your best on the big day. I highly recommend them

Best tux rental experience! Fit perfectly for black tie wedding. Everything came out perfectly on time. Tailored to my size and answered all questions asked. Even supplied extra pieces. Warm and inviting people to deal with. Flexible and trustworthy! Will use for my next event.

Our experience with Tuxego was AWFUL. When we met with Anthony for our consultation we thought he was a funny guy, but that quickly turned into him being obnoxious when times got tough. Anthony, the owner, measured my husband for his tux and when it came in the only part that fit was the shoes and vest. He then thought it would be appropriate to joke saying "what was I drunk when I measured you?". This was Wednesday, and we were getting married Saturday so this definitely was not funny. They had to reorder his tux and it didn't come in until Thursday and still had to be altered to fit him as it was too short on the pants and sleeves. Another groomsmans tux came in without the vest, another tux had a big oil stain on the jacket, and all but one of the men had to have their tux altered because it did not fit. Needless to say I was incredibly stressed out with all of this and the owner was less than helpful. He was talking nasty about other customers who had just left while we were there, and was cursing like it was no big deal. Their prices are higher than men's warehouse so I was hoping for better service and got the complete opposite. Even after all these alterations on the day of the wedding my father had to keep tucking his sleeve in because the stitching had come undone and another groomsman had the buttons of his jacket hanging by a thread because they had moved them to make the jacket fit. Stay away from Tuxego!

We've been to other shops that are closer but we now make the hour + trip to Tuxego. The quality, service and 'fit' is just so much better. It's all about fit! Thanks Tuxego for a great look for my son's senior prom. He requested we make the trip to your shop instead of the others and he was thrilled once again. Highly Recommend!.

This is the third time my son and I have rented a tux from Tuxego in Latham. Anthony and his staff are always awesome. They make sure everything from shoes-to-tie fit beautifully; pick-ups and returns are super quick and easy. The staff is friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend anyone use this shop for their tux rental needs! Thank you, Anthony!

Matt and the staff at Tuxego were fabulous to work with. They are extremely professional and their customer service is superb! They went out of their way to create a great experience for a student that needed some assistance.
