  Our Mother passed away and we four girls were all at a distance at the time. However, in spite of the disadvantages, we can not say enough about the care and love shown to us in honor of our Mom. We specifically want to mention Charles Wren, who went above and beyond his duties to help with details, scheduling and necessary information. He turned a difficult situation into a stellar experience! Linda Brown, daughter of Sybil Hutcheson.

  My mother passed away at 1:15 am and the retirement home could not reach the funeral home to make arrangements. I called twice-and no answer.

  I attended a funeral service on 1/23/16.
  It was extremely hot in the chapel, people were using paper fans to cool off. The air was stifling and the restroom was out of order. My concerns were for the elderly and the family.
