When I first arrived to turners I had heard great things but after my experience I will not be returning. I bought a browning rifle which ended up costing about 2000$ when purchasing the rifle I had asked if they can place the scope rail on for me and they agreed pick up day comes along (note I live 1.5 hrs away from this turners location) and they said no we only do that when you buy a scope here and I said it was told to me it would be done and after some haggling back and fourth they decided to do it mind you its a 2 min job of placing screws in I just didn't have my told with me since I planned on going immediately to the range afterwards. Then after that the salesman comes up to me saying hey man you're really not going to like this we can't give you your rifle (after its come back cleared by the DOJ) because of an error they didn't catch when they supposedly "quadruple" check all the paperwork after haggling again for a while and me explaining I'm not driving another 3 hrs back and fourth they finally let me take MY CLEARED rifle. I get the the range and damn thing isn't extracting turns out if has the wrong bolt for the caliber. I call turners and all they basically told me your rifle after inspection your problem and that was it. Experience here has by far been the worst I've ever had in ANY gun retail store will not be returning. Just FYI on the rifle I called browning and they took care of me and are fixing all the problems with the rifle throwing in some mags for the inconvenience as well turners can definitely learn something about customer care.

Great customer service !! The Fishing depot helps answer any questions you may have and they even put the perfect amount of line on your fishing reel without having to buy a whole spool of it like bass pro shop..

Great place to look around, dealt with dan who sold me an AR lower. very knowledgeable, answered all of my 100 question. These people at this location seemed to enjoy just talking it up about whatever it is you need. I felt very comfortable here. Will absolutely refer this place to a friend and others.

One guy behind the gun counter there was a bit racist to a black gentleman I was doing a transfer with. Other than that they know their line of work and are really helpful. Some of them could work on their social skills and manners to be honest.

Good prices & good service. The wait time has been pretty extensive most of our trips in the process of ordering and buying a gun (one of the trips having a wait of about 3 hours). Overall though, the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and capable.
