I have been a loyal customer of Tumi for over 25 years.
I have spend THOUSANDS on this brand.They have become very very arrogant the return policy and Warranty is worthless
NO MORE TUMI FROM ME , friends and family!
Get lost TUMI!
There are CHOICES!

Awful customer service and very arrogant. Wouldn't let me open up a Tumi Vapor to see how the inside was organized. Before that she looked at me up and down and expressed displeasure with me going through all the pockets of the Alpha Knox to see if it would fit my needs to carry a laptop projector portable wifi and other equipment in a single bag. Find a different store. Tumi is a premium brand and should treat their clients better regardless of how they are dressed. Guess I'm not worthy to buy in her store.

Tumi lifetime warranty is terrible. Wanted me to buy another bag to replace my damaged bag. They did not have the parts to fix it. Went to Briggs & Riley because they offer a better warranty
