  What a well ran establishment. Wanted a brake service. Googled and read the reviews. (All good) Paul was patient with my questions and concerns. Plus my car (Nelly-Bell) is fixed. The place is clean, and everyone was pleasant. My new place. Won't go anywhere else.

  Only go to tuffy’s if you want to wait two hours and 45 minutes for a malfunction the “accidentally” caused just for to finally get your car back to see another problem to pop up. Tuffy’s has got to be the worst auto repair store around. If you want real repairs done for your car or maybe even for free auto parts for free diagnostic and they will tell you exactly what’s wrong with your car and what needs to be done to fix it with no side effects. Tuffy’s does not care about you or your car just abot how much money they will get in their pockets. I have multiple friends who can vouch for me as well. All going in for somewhat simple tasks and go their to find out there is something new wrong with their car. Please save yourselves from having to pay to get half of what is in the engine bay replaced

  I brought in my 91 Cadillac and the team tackled the challenge. It is an old vehicle and its maintainance requires knowledge and technique beyond conventional.
  After conducting the 30 point inspection, a member of the team sat me down and, in detail, went through everything the car needed work on. In agreeance, the team started working diligently. Throughout the process, they kept me updated with the progress, and within a day my car was as good as new.
  This Tuffy team shows a down to earth and refined style of customer service, along with showing a high level of expertise in the auto mechanical field. This is why I have made them my go to auto service shop.

  Always friendly, professional and never pressure me. Loaned car available when I need it and plenty of payment options available to make sure my repairs get done and my vehicle is safe. Don't go anywhere else.

  The service is exceptional. Paul will explain why something has to be done, and when it has to be done-- with no pressure to get it done there--however, the price is always reasonable, the work quality excellent, and the little things that need to be done are also addressed. The trust factor for me is at a comfort level I have never had before with anyone in the service industry.

  My go to place for vehicle repairs.. IMO the better option to going to the dealership plus they really know their stuff. I'd never hesitate to take the car there.

  I have been going to Tuffy since 2001 and recently I took in my car because I thought my transmission was slipping. I had previously called the Nissan service center to find the price of having it repaired. I was told that they don't repair transmissions, the replace them and it would be approximately $3000.00. I took it to Tuffy and was surprised it was the throttle sensor and it was a few hundred dollars to fix.
  As always I have been very pleased with Tuffy. They always repair what ever I need at a very reasonable price.

  DO NOT GO HERE! I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE! I brought my jeep into this place because I had a blown engine. I asked what the price would be and they quoted me 2500. They said the engine they put into my truck had 90,000 miles. So I told them to replace the engine. They then call me and said they needed to replace my clutch. They said I absolutely needed it done. So I say okay. When I go to pick up my truck the bill was over 3000 dollars. I look at the receipt and they add in all these "extra" charges for services I DID NOT ask for. Then when I ask for proof that the engine they put in had 90,000 miles they told me there was no way for them to tell me that. They were lying to my face. Then when I left I was just going to look up the engine number and look up the miles on the engine that way but Paul the skinny Low Life manager had scratched off the engine number so I could not look it up. A week after I got my truck back the check engine light came on. I brought it to another mechanic shop and they completely messed up putting in my engine. It ended up costing me another 400 dollars to get my engine running again. Then the other engine shop tells me the engine I had looked like it had 200 thousand plus miles on it. Do not go here. They will screw you over and overcharge you. Listen to me. I wish I woulda read all the other bad reviews before i was 3 grand in the hole. OH and on top of all that they put a smaller engine in my truck which diminished the value of it.
