I needed a shed for a hotel in which I manage maintenance for. Dealing with Vinny is easy and direct. I needed a few modifications and it was easily dealt with. I prefer Tuff Sheds over the competition because of the details like door hardware and window and trim options. The Springville staff really knows everything there is to know about sheds. They thought of things I hadn't considered, so I was able to order exactly what I needed. They were very helpful and responsive. Calls were either answered or returned quickly (which I find rare these days). The installers showed up on the scheduled day and everything was finished exactly as ordered without a hitch. I've had my 12 x 24 shed for over 6 months now and it's still perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to get my next shed from these guys.
