  We used TSC Apparel for quite a sometime. In general everything goes smooth with some glitches here and there which is not a big deal but when it comes to returns and refunds, the company's system is terrible. The returns department is the worst we've ever worked with. The don't send statements as other companies do therefore, you can't apply credits to new orders. When we pressed on getting our refunds, they applied our credit to an invoice that does not exist. we looked for this invoice in our account online and it is not there. When we pressed them to show us this invoice, they never replied back.

  Awesome people, they have your back if you need something in a hurry and always done so with a smile. Always have products I need with great selection. Thanks for all your help in a regular basis!

  Great people to work with either on the phone or picking up from the local warehouse, always has an answer and get you your products fast.
